      To say that Patti Parks has taken the Western NY region by storm since her arrival on the scene in 2005 would be an understatement. With 5 nominations at the 2007 Buffalo Music Awards, steady airplay on Buffalo/Toronto Blues Radio with her singles Cheating Man & Happy You're Mine, a win at the 2006 Memphis Bound competition (Earning the band a trip to Memphis to represent NY in this international competition), along with constant performing, you could say this powerhouse performer hit WNY like a HURRICANE! An Electrifying performer, Ms. Parks has armed herself with some of the top musicians in the Buffalo/Toronto area. Weather Patti is at large festival, an intimate club or sharing the bill with musical heavyweights such as Kelly Hunt,  and Grand Funk Railroads Mark Farner, her live performances are engaging, high energy affairs that always leave the crowd wanting more! Currently putting the finishing touches on her upcoming CD, Patti Parks plans to bring her own brand of smoldering Blues to not only her home region, but to the whole world!

   The Patti Parks Band in one of the WNY regions most versatile and experienced groups. Comprised of musicians who know how to keep a crowd jumping all night long. The first thing you'll notice about the Patti Parks Band is how much they seem to enjoy playing with each other. Their mutual respect and comradre is obvious. "These guys feed off of each other musically, it's quite something when they get rolling" says Patti of her seven piece ensemble, "They are always watching and cheering each other on, it's really great".

   Patti Parks music is a standout in the Buffalo/Toronto Blues Scene. In a circuit flooded with very talented guitar/rock/blues bands, The Patti Parks Bands full and tight sound, with high energy performance, and the Soulful and Heartfelt vocals of Patti Parks, gives Blues lovers a great option to the Gunslinger Blues that dominates many areas. Patti currently has two songs, Cheatin' Man & Happy You're Mine, in regular rotation on Buffalo Blues Radio WBFO 88.7.FM, as well as being included on the last two compilation CD's Buffalo Has the Blues Vol. 3&4. Patti is currently putting the finishing touches on her newest release set for release later this year.
